i live in louisiana. DEEP NORTHSIDE louisiana. GHETTO. where im basically the only little white girl on this site of the neighborhood x_x not sure, but its probly equivilant or worse than atlanta georgia. ive been there, or atleast to the airport, and its not that bad. guess it depends on what part you live in, cause northside louisiana is where all the blacks are.
and yeah, again, shens right. they dont care what you call them, as long as they see your not trying to pick a serious fight. and id advise you to not do that, cause they can kill you
