Oh no no no Helen. It is not just a corner. You see, this corner comes complete with a movie theater, every game console in america, a lounge, a party area, a sushi bar, a zoo, AND everyone gets their own bedcorner and bathcorner. This corner also takes up 30 acres of land. Not including the backyard. Thats another 30 acres.
