I have lost all faith in Nintendo, the Wii in my opinion was a flop. Apart from SSBB, which was totally worth getting a Wii for, there are no good games for real gamers on the Wii. Now its just collecting dust and my money is now gone. The audience Nintendo is pitching for (Soccer moms and little kids) i am not a part of and I'm not going throw any more money at them, for the 3DS, for the "WII U", for anything Nintendo related. The only way i will buy something that Nintendo has made now is if the first three words in the title are "Super Smash Bros" (unless it requires me to buy a new system which is likely)

Ffft, Playstation 3 is way better than the 360, fps is better, controlls are smoother, the discs are larger. It's barely a competition between games, because frankly the two games that are being 'compared' are Halo and Killzone.
Killzone, a terrible game barely anyone touches. Exclusive to PS3.
Halo, a terrible game EVERYONE touches. Exclusive to Xbox.
Don't even get me started on COD.
So far the only problems was that the PSN was hacked, but they learned from their mistakes and fixed the shitty hardware. Now it runs 3 times as better.
Xbox live is still being charged, and it's still shit.

I think the wii is great for party games. Not just for super smash bros, but also rayman games, mario kart, mario party (although admittedly the originals of all of those were way better than their wii versions), and I think you can play guitar hero/rock band on it too now. I mean, maybe that's not for real gamers but I do see some value you in it, it's just not something I particularly want to spend my money on since I'm not regularly throwing parties where people all sit around and play video games. And anyway, when I did go to those type of parties, we always played DDR for the PS2..

Yeah, the wii was always really meant for party or family oriented games anyway. I did love smash bros though, and I would love to see what they do with it for the wiiU, but im probably not going to get it. We just got a wii not a few months ago and I dont think were going to waste more money on another one.

The 3DS was much better than I had expected, I would really love too see what pokemon games come out with that. They already have a 3D full-figure pokedex coming out in wiiware. Its probably going to be forever before I get a 3DS though, if ever. ]:

I mean yeah they have some multiplayer games, but when i said games for like hardcore gamers they have twilight princess.. and thats really the only other one i can think of. The gamecube had a lot of titles and you would think after like 5 years or however long the wii has been out, that they would have a big selection of games like that, but they went in an other direction and thats what makes me mad

I tried the 3DS for the first time at best buy a few days ago, i was like wow this is cool for the first 10 seconds, and then i realized i was starting to go cross eyed. and stopped because my eyes were hurting. What if like in a few years the find out that like its ruining peoples vision and they have to recall them and get sued blind....... no pun intended

Actually, it does affect vision, but nintendo freed of that by saying it was at the user's own responsibility, and also you have a small chance to never have babies....

ANYWHO, I like it, but I'm starting to get more inclined to the PS Vita...

Well, if vision loss is at state, it technically is the users own responsibility because there IS a function to turn the 3D off....

On that note: Sterility is an option.

Still, if you don't have the 3D on all the time, which obviously you wouldn't due to headaches, dizziness, blah blah.
It's actually got some pretty good graphics, applications and a really awesome store.
My friend showed me the 'freeze frame' addition, NEVER AGAIN WILL POKEMANZ BE HARD, it makes it so much easier to find shiny legendaries

Well, the only games I'd like to play on the 3DS would be:

- SMB
-Starfox
-Zelda (kinda meh BTW)
-Phoenix Wright vs¨Proffesor Layton (now THIS is a game that needs to be played)

I also love that they added a joystick like thing. You see, im still from the dark ages of the N64 (which theres nothing wrong with that, by the way) so im used to pushing on the joystick until I bruise my thumb.

Yeah if I had a 3DS I would definitely want to check out Zelda

I can't do GH. We used to hit up DDR at the arcade.

I can do drums in Rock Band. Thats about it lol. And that was once when I was 12 at a friends birthday party.
