uhh little help Angie?

Your the forum wiz around here mind giving me a hand setting up a new forum in a similar style of ours?
Im just having difficulties figuring out how to set up the categories in the same way our forum has it.

If your asking why im doing this its in order to set up a active forums for a club.
(Theyve used gaia as a makeshift homepage but nobody really want to use it @_@)

Well, as much as I dispise that comment, he is kind of right. Omar was the one that actually made and created the forums, I just gussie them up whenever I feel like it and make them look pretty. The only thing I can really tell you Larz is that I think it really depends what thing your using, It would have to be the same as ours to be able to tell you anything.

Your being a little bit too general Larz, like what exactly do you need to know about the colors? The colors I put dont come in their own scheme, I decide what goes good together myself. Same as the backgrounds, I just go on google or photobucket and put whatever looks good, either that or make them myself.

But er yeah, you might be using a different forum thing than we are. For us working the colors are pretty self explanatory. Screen shot it if you can to give us an idea

I mean how would you go and apply the pre-exisiting colors/scheme TO the website.

Yea... Omars pretty much the main person for the structure and building of the guild (he stole the basic structure from TaintedSouls though). Angies amazing at the visual effects and such though. And I'm just here...

Go to the Admin Panel which should be at the very bottom of the forums if your an admin.

Now you should be in the admin panel. There are 6 tabs at the top. Click the third one that says Display.

Scroll down a bit. There are some side bars to the left with links to manage certain things on the forums. Look for the one that says Pictures and Colors, look for Colors, and click that.

Now your at the page where you can change all the colors. (Hint, for some reason or at least for me, I have to either refresh the page or re click the colors link because sometimes the boxes that give you the preview of the colors dont come up)
Look for whatever color you want to change, click the color preview box that goes with it, and put whatever color you want. Look to the left and there is a big preview box that shows you what those colors look like on the forums. You can expand that box to whatever size you want too.

When your done changing all the colors you wanted to change, scroll down to the bottom of any of those boxes, and click save. Now your done. Woohoo

2. Click General
3. Click Categories and Forums on the left side
4. Make it look like this:

I've joined and whatnot. Can I be a admin? Since Kish has called me the "internet addicted 'pro-'." I can help out by making threads about Naruto and Bleach and whatnot, give links to sites where you can watch them and whatnot. (The naruto one is posted)

I just chose naruto because IT'S THE ONLY OTHER ANIME RELATED PRE-MADE TEMPLATE
Otherwise it would be a hotpink board with stars on it with a pink haired girl as the front picture.

btw the forums wont be used much by anyone else except a few Club officers and me o-o

There wont be much activity till school start up again which wont be for a few months since my summer break JUST STARTED.

Actually this reminds me....i havent ACTUALLY comfirmed this site with the president yet...i just kinda made the site out on a whim...
