Multi aggro will never occur in Rabbie if you do it right.

Ex 1) Room full of one skeles
Simply attack one and kill it with w/e method you find best, and than WAIT for a nearby one to automatically notice and aggro you. (prevents multi)

Ex 2)Skele+?
Most of the time its skele dogs but these rooms are rare as it is. Running in normally is suicide as there are two diffrent mob sets. Simply lure one skele or dog skele out at a time until only one mob type is left.

Ex 3 Mini skele
Cheeky little bastards but super rare.
Idk their aggro habits but i do remeber getting killed by them =_=;
