How do people get their hair to look like that? I had pink highlights for awhile when I was 14, but I had to re dye my hair like weekly to get it to look that vibrant. I can't imagine having that much color, and maintaining it... some people are hardcore. Btw, can't tell if that's a boy or a girl.

You just need a really crappy bowl, cut out the top and flatten the rest while being covered in dye, The top is chemically straightened while the rest dyes and can just be worn normally or also chemically dyed, it saves time and money if you dye while straightening.
