Subject: Meet Jetsh. Sat Nov 28, 2009 11:30 am
My Aran that I will be Maining and hoping to reach 120+ It will be funded with 80k nx and my current equips.
The 80k nx will be used to make him look like this.
The monkey will be named Jetish or Jando. It will be fully equipped with auto loot and pot. The rest will be invested in a store permit and x2 exp. And yes I will be fully committed to this char, by playing one on Msea it has only made me want to make Jetsh even more.
It is 10 days, 17 hours, 4 minutes and 55 seconds until Wednesday, December 9, 2009 IMA GO INSANE!!!! Source
The moment I leave Rien I will be nxing Jetsh (Arans are like Ck's and have there personal cs storage, so no xfering nx). I aim for him to be lvl 30 in the first day, 50 in the second. 48hr hardcore training sesh.
1 - 10 ~ 10mins (Maybe more due to lag) 10 - 20 ~ 1hr - 3hrs (Could be more due to the quests that need to be completed to get skills in the future) 20 - 30 ~ 1hr - 4hrs (Same as 10 - 20. Got to do quests to get certain skills). 30 - 40 ~ 4hrs (Depends if its cpq or hardcore grinding). 40 - 45 ~ 2hrs (Roids/Truckers = Godly) 45 - 50 ~ 3hrs (Combo Smash = GODLY!!! Either Roids/Truckers. Mp3 or Cpq with rombots) 50 - 60 ~ 5hrs (Mp3ing it up till I can start windraiding; only going there if i can kill faster then Mp3) 60 - 70 ~ 5hrs (Windraiders all the way. Mp3 might be faster...) 70 - 75 ~ 6hrs (Windraiders till I can start training at Kents, might give wolf spiders a go) 75 - 85 ~ 4hrs (BLUE KENTS!!!!) 85 - 120 ~ 20hrs (A mixture of Himes and Gallopera's, I know I can start himing at a minimum of 84. but Gall's have to wait).
Total: 51hrs and 10mins to get to lvl 120.
Can I get to 4th job in 51hrs and 10mins? Add 9hrs for quests and advancements and etc.
Jando will try and get to 4th job in 60hrs.
Guh, I want Arans so badly. wait let me rephrase...I want Jetsh so badly! I CAN'T WAIT 10 MORE DAYS.
The best part of this is when that patch starts and you have to wait the period of time to for it to be completed. The bad part is that the 9th comes sooner in Aus and the patch won't start till 7pm at night on the 9th. I'll guess i'll try and work everyday till then.
What else can I add to this.. hmmm well you all know that I'm going dexless. Jetsh will probably take over iJandoDk in everything, Except HB, with Combo Drain;
Spoiler:
Combo Drain Lv1: 1% Damage as HP Recovery for 44 seconds Lv10: 3% Damage as HP Recovery for 80 seconds Lv20: 5% Damage as HP Recovery for 120 seconds
So at maxed if you do 1000 damage on a strike, 50 of that will be added back your hp. Doesn't sound like much but per attack you doing 3 stirkes (Normal, double swing, triple swing).
A funded Aran can do 10k with Combo Smash, thats 500hp if Combo Drain is activated.
Pots and hp problems will be gone. I get a rush skill in 2nd job, I can get up to -35% damage reduction with 4th job skills. Arans have Advance Knockback which will kinda make the mobs not even hit you, and the skill to top them all off.
Spoiler:
Body Pressure
For a short period of time, you can attack monsters with your own body. The attacked monster has a small probability to get stunned for 5 seconds. Lv1: MP -40, 25 seconds, 21% chance to stun, 5% Damage Lv10: MP -31, 70 seconds, 30% chance to stun, 50% Damage Lv20: MP -20, 120 seconds, 40% chance to stun, 100% Damage
Notes: This buff allows you to deal touch damage on mobs, and adds a chance for Touch Damage Cancel to every attack done in its duration. However, once touch damage is neutralised (symbol appears on mob’s head), neither you (to the afflicted mob) nor the afflicted mob can deal touch damage. Therefore, Body Pressure is more of a skill to let you avoid getting hit by touch damage like Dark Sight (except that Dark Sight works on bosses).
The Touch Damage Cancel effect prevents the afflicted mob from attacking ANYONE, not only the player that inflicted it. It gets kinda useful for saving people I guess. Apparently, all mobs in Monster Carnival 2 are immune to this.
Oh and you also have Ice Charge, which basically's slows the monsters down. Kinda nice.
Jetsh will replace Jando as a bosser and will be the new power house in Informal.
THE END!!!!

So are you talking like... 60 hours strait, no sleeping/eating?! I hope not, that's awfully bad for your health.
Just don't forget to enjoy your character. Its not all about level, you know.

Hmm...I would maple overload if I did do it for 24hrs straight. I'm going to sleep during that patch and waking up it will be finished. (Starts at 7pm and could go for 12hrs). Then I will be all pumped up for Araning that who day.
Oh I know that I will enjoy that char. I'm gonna enjoy to much.

It 's called the New exp formula where leeching becomes half as fast. The current formula is 60:40 which means that the attacker gets 60% of the exp and the leecher gets 40%.
Now (implemented in KMS and MSEA) is will become 80:20 where the attacker gets 80% of the exp and the leecher will get 20%.
Arans are harder all due to combos and being able to keep them. A leeched Aran will be noob at lvl 120 and I mean really noob.
Only those who level it up normally will be able to be called pro.

frick, so that means they really are going to kill off leeching? i thought they already tested it in KMS and it failed D:
anyway, nice name. just dont overdo it there jando, take the time to enjoy it. like helen said, its not all about the level or the power. also, try not to anticipate it TOO much... your going to end up using all your energy on just waiting for it to come out if you overcharge and plan too ahead like that. i know from experiance x_X and lol, i like the monkey. is that an actual pet equip

Well, that was the story at first... but then MSEA got it for their aran patch, and people are saying that we usually follow MSEA. Its not for good, its just for that one patch to prevent people from leeching their way up to 120 to make it more fair.

Well yeah, good luck man Wouldn't it be nice if someone could tell me where to train ( 8 ) I could train until my goal levels ( 8 ) Also, if you were grinding instead of cpqing, where would you be? =D

IT IS ON!!!
Angie and I have made a bet!
If I can get to lvl 130 in 8 weeks (2months) then I get 10m but if I don't I have to give Angie 10m
- First day: I aim for lvl 50 - Second day: I aim for lvl 70 - Third day: lvl 75 - Forth day: lvl 80 - Fifth day: Lvl 85 - Sixth day: Lvl 90 - Seventh Day: Lvl 95
So in a week I could lvl 95. Gotta love school holidays. Angie will lose this bet.
As for training instead of cpq, during 3x - 5x, I would be at Magatia and training on iron mutanes then roids. Truckers are an option but may be more packed. Then at lvl 50 mp3 is the best option. But as it will be pack to the brim fog is a good option. Once you get enough acc you can move on to windraiders. Its good for me due to the playing times. If theres to much people there moving back to mp3 or fog is good. Jesters may be also good. Voodoo's won't due to there being only 4 per spawn on the map. Jesters may be better then windraiders. But 16k per windraiders look better then jesters 50k hp, After entering 3rd job you can train on windraiders to get some 3rd job skills up. Then its time to head to kents. WS maybe a option but due to the layout of the map it can be a bit hard to move around. After Blue kents you will be in heaven. Galloperas. Sexiest beast alive since himes. Low HP, high EXP. This place will be a ksing haven. Other then that you do have Himes to work with up until 4th job. Once you hit the magic number of 120 and go through one of the easiest job advancements (you just have to kill a polearm) you will find yourself still at Himes/Gallopera]'s or can move in the food chain and try your luck at Skeles and ToT. With Fenrir Phantom at your side and be able to get 100 combos that easy. Taking those high hp tanks will be easy. Crimson Guardians in cwks are also good as it is basically a Gallopera map.

But yeah, I don't know about Angie losing that bet, because you may lose motivation. I feel disgusting if I'm on maple that long, especially if its busting my butt for levels.

it may be nicely calculated, but as i said in the other thread, he cant predict the future. something could come up such as something wrong with the computer, him falling asleep(again), sudden plans, excettera excettera. and theres still the large percent of him losing motivation at some point
