I will be making it my 2nd main as I can share warrior equips from iJandoDk, However if polearms rise to a pretty penny I will just sell my PA's and call it at that,

im just gonna try it out, see how far i get with it. thats the same thing i said about my koc before they came out and look at me now ;D
although arans arnt going to be as easy to train as kocs, so i immagine ill probly get it to only around 40-50, quit it for a while, get azeill to 120, start it again, and finally work on my sin again.

Nah I'm not gonna make one. Same thing happened with pirates. Everyone made one, didn't really like them and quit.
If I make one and get it to level 70, there isn't much point just quitting there. I would continue so I'm not gonna bother, keep my pirate and be done with it

but yeah, your right shen. thats why its good to put a limit on a new char you plan on making so you can have time to work on your mains, thats what i normally do. then again, its a game. your ment to have fun with it either way. you should be able to play whatever you have the most fun with, and making a new char or playing your main shouldnt feel like a chore to you.
thats why i ended up sticking with my blaze wiz and left my sin alone for a while. i definitely had the most fun with my wiz out of any other class i played, so i stuck with it

Yeah, I don't have much enthusiasm for arans either. I want them to stop adding so much stuff. Like all these hats, like jesus, they just came out with scarlion and targa hats, and now there are these demon hats or whatever, and its just TOO MUCH, for me at least.

Its either all or nothing when it comes to updates with nexon, and it seems like every update they do have, has criticism, which just goes to show how unstable the company really is. They need to get their act together. In the eyes of people that have experience with games, they are complete retards. But in the 90% 12 year old majority, they dont care as long as they are throwing stars at stuff, so nothing is ever going to change as long as they keep making money. This is the sad truth of nexon.

GMS follows what KMS is doing, Arans have been known for along time now and everyone didn't think they were gonna be released so soon. GMS Nexon is famous for surprising GMS player and doing unexpected things.

Every since Msea's change in something, making them getting content sooner has made Nexon GMS do the same thing. There reason for this is most likely.

More Content = More players = more money.

Nexon is a company. For Companies to be the best they need money. MapleStory is free to play, using real money is just add on. Nexon is only making it that you can become stronger with real money to get more money as MapleStory is there main source of cash.

Sure they are good in screwing up but hey..nothing is perfect as nothing can be perfect. Just be glad that Nexon is what it is now...it could be worse, lol.

People good bored of things fairly easy. Then they find something better to do, Nexon is trying to release huge content patches per month to keep players drawn in so they don't go to another game. Korea Nexon is doing exactly that, only being 6 months from Arans release they are already creating/designing a new class to keep the game fresh.

For all those people who say "I miss the Old Maplestory", have to get use to things becoming new as in this day an age no one likes old things. They want to see new things. When you buy a computer..next week something better will come out for even a cheaper price. An Old Maplestory is something that only a fraction of the maple population wants. Sadly others don't, they are addicted to new things and get all excited when new content is released. This applies to basically anything new and different comes out.

If you hate Nexon for nerfing most things like the Scarlion and Targa hats and the 1st job hats then good, hate them. No one is stopping for your opinion on doing so. But really 24stat hats in 1st job? ARE YOU INSANE!!! And to the Scarlion and Targa hats...if they made them better then a zhelm then whats the point in getting one? Nexon nerfs things when they become to good as it ruins some sort of aspect of the game. Like Dark Tokens having a 95% drop rate from Newts when Patch 0.77 was released. Nexon fixed this as it made it unfair for people to become stronger so easy, they want is to make them work hard for it...then Nexon has one of its famous screw ups when it patches them, making it even harder then usually to get those belts. But wait a minute..THERE BELTS!!! We can watt from heaps of other things..like shoes (WTF) and capes (WTF!!!). Nexon only nerfs things to stop there so called economy breaking.

Now back to Aran...Its a new class, everyone is making a big deal about them and after a week later 3/4's of the maple community will quit one either from one of the reasons below.

1) They can't control it
2) Hate warriors
3) Annoyed that combo goes away
4) Hate them for being so weak

This will show us who is committed to this class or not. Sure this class can become powerful but with extreme amounts of character control and if you don't what that means then let me define it for you:

Character control means how well you maneuver your character around the battle field. Knowing when to do certain things like:

A) Use a potion
B) Attack the next monster
C) When to jump
D) When to use this skill
E) When to move to another platform

Aran's require all 5 of those options maxed as other class only require 3 or 4.

Jando's final verdict on Arans: It won't change a thing than give certain Maplers a new way to play the game.

I will continue to hate nexon, thanks, I just hope they don't spoil everything so much that I don't feel like playing at all anymore. I mean, if they'd rather appeal to a newer fanbase then fine, that's their choice, but they'll certainly lose me and probably a lot of other loyal players in the process.

Oh and for one patch only there nerfing the exp formula which makes leech obsolete. Nexon's reason for this to make it even for all to get to a high level. Well not all...

For one patch I will have peace at last! I will not have to sign on, and get 6 whispers begging me for leech.
