MALAYSIA IS COMMMINGGG, and i think its this patch. You get to it from singapore and its some theme-park themed place or something.

Two bosses in malaysia drop helms that would be the replacements of zhelms, with slightly better stats. More people would want these and zhelm prices will drop. The helms are targa and scarlion helms, and will look extremely funny on someone nxless.

Its not too much better than a zhelm, but if your a bit of a dmg hoar youll get it (i probly will even though im not much of one)
