click 'sign in' in the top right corner, then click 'sign up' on the left side of the next page

Fill out everything necessariy... ign, password, location, name, cookies, such&such
when your done with that, click "i accept" on the bottom

on the next page on the right side of the screen, click the download button

then you can sign in and add people.
