Melbournez HEAT WAVE!!!

First topic message reminder :

From the first day i started living in Australia [3 years]...
I neva really cared about summer here...
Coz i used to live in Singapore for 13 years...and itz summer ALL YEAR long...
But, yesterday was the first time i fully started hating summer in Aus...43 degrees is abit TOO much, i reckon, for me to stand...
But, i did get curious though...

I watched the news yesterday and they were talking about Melbourne's Heat wave...
The trains stopped working...because the train tracks had melted due to the heat...and itz gona get worse today
Un-surprisingly that got me thinking...and since i was so bored...decided to try it out...

1) Got an old frying Pan out
2) Poured abit of oil in it
3) Left it out in the sun for about 15 mins
4) Got an egg
5) Cracked it on the Pan
6) And left it out...

1st min in the sun


30 mins after:


2 hours later:


3.5 hours later:


4 hours later[on the kitchen bench top]:


It didnt fry...but it did dry up...T_T
btw...the pan was gone...and the egg STINKS SOOOOO BLOODY BAD!!!

we also got a free combo lock, and i couldnt open mine, so i burned 2 periods trying to open it, finally got it open but closed it by accident, then i forgot and spent a whole period still trying to open it (my bag is on my back btw) i finally get to open it and i get kicked out of school X_X

none of us are in vietnam.. there are A LOTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT hotter places. but 109 degrees is just ridiculous, and australlia is one of the hottest countries in the world. (not as hot as countries like libya, kenya, kuwait, but its still high up there.)
