I've saw one in the Nautilus but didn't know if/where the others are. But I found another!

there is a quest in the nautilus that can give you 5 warp cards. you can use the warp card and go through the warp portal in the nautilus to end up in the omega sector. other warp places are in ellina and leafre. there is a quest that involves you talking to grendal, getting a pure water, and going to leafre to give it to the chief. he will give you 2 seeds, and the warp portal is somewere around the west end of leafre, and it will send you back to ellina.
