| I forgot you could get lottery tickets until yesterday. Im going to go play some scratch-and-wins, my friend apparently made like 400 dollars off of those. | |

| What, crap. I don't know why, I didn't get the notification for this. I just decided to check the Sandbox and caught my name out of the corner of my eye.
Thanks guys! I'm really not interested in cigarettes though lol. Id rather not start up a possible costly addiction for no reason. As for lottery tickets, I don't know, maybe if I remember at the right time and place. To be honest though I don't really feel any different than I did before and my birthday itself was blah, but it is nice knowing I have the option for things now.

| Really? I know it's a cliche question to ask if they feel different because they are year older... but i honestly kind of did feel different on my 18th birthday. Maybe it will hit you once you use your adult powers. | |

| Yeah. For me it was the realization that now any illegal activity you do will more absolutely result in an arrest rather than a slap on the wrist. Not that I do things that are illegal, but the knowing that I had missed my chance. | |

| True, being an adult now means more consequences, not only just with getting arrested either though. I think the main reason it didn't feel any different for me was because it wasn't celebrated differently than any other birthday, or rather, it wasn't really celebrated at all. My parents quit doing holidays and birthdays and junk when I was around 11 because they're old farts. I probably could have asked a friend to do something if I really wanted to, but meh, I didn't really feel like putting them through the trouble. My brother and his girlfriend offered to take me somewhere though and Rayce can come along, so I just went with that.
BUT! My next birthday will be my golden birthday. I plan on actually doing something next time.

| 19? What's at 19? Make sure you do 21 too that's important. Sorry you didn't have a big fiesta. I would've thrown you a turning legal party. Yeahhhhh | |

| Golden birthdays have always been a thing for me, I don't know why. Turning 19 on the 19th just sounds cool to me. I always felt slightly sorry for the people born on like the 1st or 2nd of a month. And hopefully by the time I'm 21, I'll be able to throw my own party or something. BYOB like a badass. (I probably wont even drink, I'm such a weenie) | |
