I was looking up the trailer for The Last Airbender, and all these movies i never knew were coming out were in the related searches. Lookie lookie. Green Lantern looks pretty good, hopefully it will have good special effects. If you guys find anything else post it here as well.

The Green Lantern movie thing is fan made, I think I saw that a year ago, it said on MSN it was fake and fan made.

I heard about karate kid being remade like a week ago but i never saw the trailer. It looks pretty lame. I havent seen the original tron but this one looks pretty interesting. My dad would like it, hes a sci-fi nerd.

I never saw the original either, because apparently it sucks. But this one looks incredible. The special effects are beautiful, the score was written by Daft Punk, and it even has some of the original cast... which is craziness! I'm excited.

the last airbender is literally going to suck, i mean really the graphics are just like dragon ball z real life movie.. aka really poorly done. by the looks of it i dont think anyone should see it, no cartoon on tv that was turned into a movie was good. what makes this one any different?

I dont know, i have high hopes for it. I mean the casting looks decent and I dont know what you are talking about the "graphics" but i saw the trailer with iron man and with the room shaking and it being on the big screen it was crazy.

I still dont think it will be no where near as bad as dragonballs was. Lol

Transformers turned out really well.

And the Last Airbender isn't a total cartoon turned movie situation because the director wanted to take the characters and the plot and do something of his own with it. Because he hasn't bound himself to making it identical to the cartoon I think it has a lot of promise. I also don't know what you're talking about with the graphics, they're not cheesy like they were in DBZ.

DBE was a whole new level of anus stew. This one has a respectable director and some good actors and from what it looks like, good special effects. Also, DBE did not follow the plot of anything from dragonball at all... it was just a made up pile of crap

Just to drive the point home that The Last Air Bender's special effects aren't nearly as cheesy as DBE, Goku's nimbus cloud thing he rides comes in the form of a yellow car. It's really not hard to beat.

Btw, I don't know if you guys heard, but because DBE did so well in foreign countries, they're making a sequel. Lol

Are you serious.... Well, on the bright side, maybe now that they got money from the last movie the sequel might be a little better. Or it will be even worse than the last one. Who knows.
But yeah, I can already tell that the airbender movie will be much better than DBE by some extent. Im going to see it regardless anyway, so even if it is crappy I can at least say I saw it. I wonder what plot it follows though... I have a feeling their going to do it from the very beginning to the end of the entire series, meaning they smash the whole series into one movie. Thats probably going to really be the only big letdown, a lot of stuff would be left out.

Well majority of the show is just one big filler anyways, so they would only be leaving out all of the side plots which leaves just the meat of the story left.

Naruto Shippuden is 1000 million times better then Naruto. Sadly fillers aren't that to good. All it is, is unnecessary characters being introduced only then to be killed or never to be seen again.

The only good filler is when 2 major characters fight it out, filler fights like that is epic.

Usually, the shows that range from the 12-14 episode or 23-26 don't have that much filler, maybe two-three depending on the series.

But I completely agree with you on what you said about naruto. After maybe the first 40 episodes that show went downhill. I don't know about shippuden now but i'm not even going to bother trying it.

The original naruto series had like 100 fillers at the end.... it was ridiculous. Shippuden stayed more on track and spaced it out better. But the fillers in that show suck. The only one i actually liked was with the lightning guy in shippuden and the ramen contest in naruto. Just because it was so retarded. But yeah, the good anime shows are less than 30 episodes. FMA is an exception because every episode went with the main story line except for maybe 1 or 2, like that mining town episode.

Oh yeah, you guys should watch brotherhood. It is 203942034 times better than the original. Its just the first 14 episodes or so are exactly the same as the original series but then it completely changes because thats when the first anime series started making up its own plot. (brotherhood follows the manga). My second favorite series is samurai champloo. Check that junk boiiiiiiiiiiiii.

Anywho, I think any series that ranges around 60-70 may still be potentially good depending on filler amount, but I still think the 24 episode series usually turn out the best. They don't have to run for long times so they have less fillers usually.

Bleach Manga has extremely good at ch 406, the anime it pretty epic atm aswell (Strong dudes fighting stronger dudes) and Naruto Shippuden is fucking epic atm. Just watched ep 163 and fuck me, it was good.
