Last week, nobody really came to the Friday one, but i still want to get 2 in since i wont be on much all of thanksgiving break since im going to canada. So yeah, if you have any conflicts with the timing again, let me know.

actually, there is a girl by the second or third book. and its the only one, so shes pretty much almost literally seen as one of the guys since when they change into their werewolf form, they have to rip their clothes off. no one likes her though and shes annoying

AND, If a girl isnt wearing a shirt, the movie becomes rated R, but a move can be rated G and have a shirtless guy. ANDDDDD, if a girl hangs up a picture of a guy in her locker its ok, but if i went and hung up a picture of heidi klum in my locker, again, i would be a pervert.

actually, ive been wondering the same thing. why ARE humans so obsessed with hiding their body, whats the point? its almost a little strange when you really think about it. i think its because over the generations humans are just used to the idea, and theyve been taught so much that not wearing clothes is wrong. it makes sense to do it for warmth/protection, but its now more of a matter of fact to hide your personals.. it even says it in the bible that adam came to his senses and put on some makeshift clothing to hide. the question is, who came up with the idea and why are humans so pledged to keep it?

not that i would be the one to suddenly take off all my clothes and streak the neighborhood. im as pledged as any other silly human D:

Annnnd about the females being more confidential than males thing, i can see where it originated from. back in the early years or human life, everyone realized the ones with the vaginas were the only ones that could make more little humans, so they saw the.. parts.. they used for birthing and nurture, and thought them as.. 'sacred', so to say. the same goes for male parts. SO, being the stranged-minded humans we are, they came up with the idea that this was 'gods/creators' way of giving us the privilege to reproduce and these certain parts were special and to be kept hidden from harm or abusers. since our race is apparently more intelligent than other animals, we tend to come up with strange beliefs such as this. in later evolution and generations this tradition moved on and also evolved to humans believing it was just plain wrong to take off clothes in public, and present day we think pretty much the same thing.
LATER ON THOUGH, females were seen as being good for only the use of this babymaking, and were seen as lower forms of the males. the males took the majority of the dominance due to the adam coming before eve thing, and then later on females rose and demanded to be seen as equals. this brings us to present day, where there are still a few out there who believe females are the weaker person and where it is a hidden-knowledge males are more powerful, and were just shaking off the evolution. i predict that in further future females would be fully seen as equals and would be practically be ok with changing in front of guys they barely know, such as today when girls can change with girls and guys can change with guys.
ALSOOOOOO, this is one of the reasons i frown upon religion. people being over obsessive about it can change an entire future (reference to why we wear clothes)

Well, its different overseas anyway. The whole shirtless thing is only really a big deal in America. When I lived in Egypt, whenever we went to the beach at the Red Sea, all the European women went topless. In general sexuality is like much more "hush hush" in America, then across the Atlantic. Like Omar said, boobies in a movie can get it an R rating, but in Europe they wouldn't rate it R even if someone was completely naked. Culture is so fascinating <3

Edit: Well, I can't really say that its just America that's wound up about sex. Thinking about it now, some cultures don't even allow women to show their hair to anyone but their husbands. So really, its more correct to say that Europe is relatively loose about sex, compared to the rest of the world.
