5k mp reward problem? HELP

OK, so lets say i got my warrior to 20 (its 19 right now). And I'm about to get my maple points, where am i suppose to go to verify my recommendation thing to the game. I click on friend referral in the community section but i didn't find anything there, it just gives me cards to choose from. Where am i suppose to go to see all my friend refferals? PLEASE HELP MAH.
