This is a secret message added on the date 10/17/10. Congratulations on finding it. My earlobe has maggots.

It's because of (a+b)(a-b)=b(a-b). In the next step you divide (a-b) from both sides. Only problem is, that's totally illegal. If a=b, then a-b=0. You can never divide by 0, and that's why it's wrong.

Sorry... it's sort of a well-known proof. My dad showed me a similar one a couple of years ago, because we were talking about the concept of zero.
